Best Roll: Reconstruction or Rewind Rounds and Incandescent or Target Lock Acasia's Dejection is yet another Solar trace rifle option, available from the Root of Nightmares raid. With the right setup, this weapon feels like a legendary Prometheus Lens, freeing up an exotic slot for something more powerful. While getting this weapon is off the table for some players, it is well worth crafting for those who can r
Similar to the Blind Well, the final boss of Astral Alignment rotates each week. There are two bosses tied to this activity: a Taken Ogre and a Scorn Baron. Both bosses have three phases, each broken up with an immunity shield. Break the shield, then repeat until the boss d
The best perks for this weapon are Reconstruction or Rewind Round, constantly refreshing the ammo capacity of the gun, paired with either Incandescent for Solar explosions and ad-clear, or Target Lock for high single target damage. Any combination of these perks will serve any player well and will tear through enemies of all lev
Recent clarification on Destiny 2's _ _Witch Queen expansion and new dungeons has many players in the community outraged and disheartened. The dungeons have been listed as part of the content included in the Witch Queen deluxe edition since its announcement on August 24. Many players assumed that, while the dungeons wouldn't be part of the content they receive in the standard edition, they'd be able to acquire them with the Witch Queen's Seasons. The clarification from Bungie's Lead Community Manager, Chris "Cozmo" Shannon, let players know that this is not the c
Enhanced radar. Take increased damage from melee. It's also worth mentioning that Legend Astral Alignment has no matchmaking whatsoever . You'll need to get a fireteam of six Guardians together before you can run this. You could hypothetically solo the Legend variant, but you'll need an exceptional build to pull that
Before you decide to ignore this mission for the rest of the week, you'll want to boot up this mission a second time to grab all of the Ascendant Anchors and Trivial Mysteries; it's required for a Seasonal Challenge that ranks up your Wayfinder's Compass. We'll have a guide on where to find all Ascendant Anchors soon. A link to the guide will be added once it's compl
That said, Wavesplitter is simpler to get than the Ruinous Effigy. It can randomly drop as an Exotic engram for the lucky few, and Xûr also has the chance of offering the player one in one of his Exotic engrams of the week. The Supercharged Battery trait is perhaps the best part about this weapon, as it uses Orbs of Power to charge the Wavesplitter to maximum damage and initiates a reload automatica
There isn't any new information here, and Bungie isn't doubling back on what was previously said. Unfortunately, that doesn't justify that Bungie appears to be hard-selling and prioritizing the deluxe edition of Witch Queen over the standard. One of Destiny 2's common complaints is that so much of the game is already locked behind a paywall, and now this increased separation of standard vs deluxe content package makes it feel like Bungie's decisions are a bit artificial and financially motivated - particularly because the price of the dungeons hasn't been announced yet. It would have been nice to have a bit more clarity during the Witch Queen expansion reve
This time, the Taken will be spawning all around the beacon. Defending this beacon solo can be somewhat stressful, so consider using crowd control effects for this part. Multiple waves of Taken Hobgoblins, Acolytes, and Taken Centurions. The Centurions will likely give you the most trouble, so take them down as fast as you can. Like the first beacon, the final wave will spawn an Overload Hobgoblin alongside the rest of the Taken. Kill this Champion as soon as possible, using an Overload weapon to stun the Hobgoblin. Clear out the remaining enemies to finish the defense sect
Despite the potency of this weapon, it has fallen out of favor when compared to newer Arc trace rifles, which are able to roll with Jolting Feedback, which has the same effect as Voltshot except it doesn't require a kill or reload. Therefore, while Path of Least Resistance is a great option for anyone able to craft it (and unable to get a new option), it falls off quickly in comparison to its fellow Arc trace rif
Mechanically, this boss is very similar to the Rifleman from the Forsaken campaign. Periodically, Kruutiks, Reefbane will create duplicates of itself that will attempt to snipe you from a distance. These holograms die in a single hit, although they deal full damage if they hit
_Updated October 28, 2021 by Jerrad Wyche : Since going independent as a developer and making Destiny 2 free-to-play, Bungie has seen continued success. It's unclear when or if they'll move on to a Destiny 3, but for the time being the game has a solid audience of hardcore gamers who come back often. For those players, it's good to know which exotic weapons are both obtainable and worthwhile in the free-to-play portions of Destiny 2 raid Guide
