Shipping costs are not refundable, and custom made flags are non-returnable. Truly double-sided flags, which read correctly on both sides, are unusual and require two flags to be sewn back-to-back. Simply look for the words "Double Sided" in the title or description to confirm whether the flag design you like is indeed double sided.
