All of the issues that are common and raised online in the forums, Discord, and Sea of Thieves Subreddit are things the developers are seeing and noting as well. Hopefully, this up update address the obvious concerns and quells some of the brewing negativity online. Either way, however, it is a fact that Rare are doing their best and they keep improving Sea of Thieves with every update they push to users. A lot has changed in the game and there’s more coming our way. So, with that in mind, let us look at the pirate title of the year once more, as there are plenty of reasons for you to give it a second chance. Of course, there are also many aspects in which it still feels a bit underwhelm  
While we’re on the subject of "choose-your-own-adventure," let’s take a look at the biggest selling point of the game - its core concept. While a lot of people complained about the lack of content (and some of them - rightly so), the majority of the criticism came from players that didn’t comprehend the basic idea of Sea of Thiev  
Beddall's comments certainly match up with how some players are feeling about Sea of Thieves . Although the game is an enjoyable one, there is a sense of frustration that the gameplay on offer doesn't give as much variety that would be hoped from such a highly anticipated release . As such, it's easy to see why some users feel as though Sea of Thieves has not progressed enough from testing to really be considered a full launch right  
All in all, though, Sea of Thieves players aren't happy about the situation. As for bugs like inventory items not showing up in the radial menus, that still can happen often enough that you may have to rejoin a game to fix. Missing gold, reputation levels, and achievements however seem to be just delayed - meaning Rare doesn't think you're actually losing any of that. Head to T-26 at the southern edge of the Sea of Thieves game map but ensure one player is drumming Merrick's shanty the entire way. Other plans can only pick up the tune from a player already playing it so you can trade it off (you'll need to in order to continue the tune onto the ship since you can't play and climb the ladder at the same time) and share with other players along the way or at the locat

It's certainly understandable why some are angry about the first Pirate Legend, particularly given the prestige of the status itself and exactly how time consuming it is to reach the rank.
