The solution appeared easy enough, let the phone sync to Google and Unlimited Cloud Storage leave the Blackberry desktop to sync with the Outlook e-mail and Calendar on computers to the phone. The phone then syncs with the public calendars on Google. This isn't 100% yet either. The Google thing client will then ignore those items. If the appointment changes and it isn't made to the master, then the phone won't get the change. The Google sync client recognizes when another sync client adds or changes your calendar. It only has an effect when the appointment is entered on both Google and LayerOnline Outlook, then whoever the phone syncs with first becomes the master. The flaw we have found at this point turned out to be related to the Blackberry desktop manager. Minor but important none the less.  
  
I can't disclose the name of that business due to the agreement of sale, but I can tell you that it was a very successful host, and LayerOnline was on track to be a big player in the web hosting game. I just burnt out and had to sell! This leads me to my first assessment, LayerOnline and bit of knowledge to pass on. I was working 16-20 hours a day taking care of clients via Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, AOL, unlimited storage Skype, PHPLive, google drive and any other live chat program I could use, email, and phone. best Google drive I started my first web hosting business in November of 2004.

Google documents is like having another hard drive on your computer. Maybe you are already familiar with Google documents. All you have to do to use it is open up the web page and drag and google drive drop files right into the folders there that are already set up for you. It is free right now but they have plans to make it a paid service at some point. They also have a shared option so your friends or co-workers can access and work on files.  
  
Automated backup No need to make sure the external hardware is connected and turned on at the right time. Just set it and forget it. You can back up your system once a day or google drive even several times a day. Your cloud storage account will come with some default settings and you can change them if you want. Just keep your Internet connection on (something you probably do anyway), and your system will be automatically backed up as often as you need it to.  
  
Take me for an example: I am an architect and I work for my brother on a computer repair business. Backing up your computer for Unlimited Google Drive some people can actually save their job. Luckily, I have a habit of manually backing up my files when I finish with them. So I was already a third of the way done. My architect boss has been asking me all week for a blueprint and unlimited storage I finally finished it. Right before I was about to email it, guess what. Unless you keep hard copies of the entire business, which nobody does, you'll never get it back. A cloud backup system is the most secure and LayerOnline safest being that your data is transferred and stored to off-line servers where hackers have no chance of breaking into your files.  
  
Shouldn't I have learned by now? Shouldn't I at least consider an appetizer if I know there won't be enough shrimp in the shrimp with lobster sauce? My clients and google drive I are still backing up data to external devices and media. Shouldn't I be setting up an online backup service for google drive them too? Shouldn't I be using one of these services in my own company?
